Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video or clear photos.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Custom-made, altered or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We accept bulk, export, reseller, and corporate orders.
